Introduction
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into upon purchase of the 30-Day Reclaim Yourself Programme ("Programme") offered by Wisely Attached and Louize Carroll through the Kajabi platform. By purchasing and accessing the Programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of the Programme
The Programme is an educational and self-development resource designed to provide insights, tools, and strategies to support your personal growth. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional mental health services.

2. Personal Responsibility

  • By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that your progress depends on your engagement with the materials and exercises provided.
  • You agree to use your best judgement and good sense when applying the concepts and tools shared. If an exercise or material does not feel suitable for you, you are encouraged to skip it or adapt it to meet your needs.

3. Not a Substitute for Therapy

  • This Programme does not create a therapist-client relationship. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, distress, or crises, it is your responsibility to seek help from a registered mental health professional.
  • The Programme is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition.

4. Access and Use

  • Upon purchase, you will have access to the Programme materials for 3 months. Access is for personal use only and cannot be shared, redistributed, or reproduced without express permission.
  • Kajabi serves as the delivery platform for the Programme, and access is subject to Kajabi's terms and conditions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Louize Carroll and Wisely Attached shall not be held liable for any outcomes, actions, or decisions resulting from your participation in the Programme.
  • By purchasing and participating in the Programme, you release Louize Carroll and Wisely Attached from any claims or liability related to the content or your use of it.

8. Agreement to Terms

  • By purchasing the Programme, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement.
